Program Details

What you will do.

Internal Projects: Participate in building the foundational aspects of our business, including marketing campaign strategies, content creation, and market research. Engage in the execution and analytics of digital marketing initiatives to drive our brand forward.

External Client Projects: Work directly on client projects, applying your creativity and analytical skills to meet project goals and exceed client expectations. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client objectives.

How you will do it.

Weekly Meetings: Meetings will occur either in person or via Zoom, with the day and time decided based on intern availability.
Work Hours: Interns will commit to working 5 to 10 hours per week. Additional hours may be requested but are not mandatory.
Compensation: This is a non-paid internship, eligible for college credit and resume building experience. We will leverage a client’s services to enhance your resume, LinkedIn, cover letter, and professional documents, incorporating this internship experience into your professional profile.

Internship Roles

Project Management Assistant

Beyond supporting the project lifecycle, interns will be involved in stakeholder meetings, preparing project documentation, and learning about risk management strategies. This role is designed to enhance interns’ abilities to manage complex projects, understand the nuances of team dynamics, and apply project management theories in real-world scenarios.

Client Relations Coordinator:

This role includes conducting client satisfaction surveys, contributing to client strategy meetings, and learning conflict resolution techniques. Interns will develop a deep understanding of client relationship management, effective communication strategies, and the importance of feedback in the service industry.

Digital Marketing Strategist

Interns will also engage in keyword research, A/B testing for campaign optimization, and developing digital marketing plans. This role is crafted to provide interns with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.

Content Creation Specialist

Additional tasks include leveraging multimedia for content enhancement, tracking content performance through analytics, and learning about SEO best practices. This role aims to cultivate advanced content creation skills, an understanding of digital content trends, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

IT Support Technician

Interns will also participate in cybersecurity drills, set up workstations, and contribute to IT policy development. This role offers practical experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity basics, and the development of customer service skills in a tech environment.

Web Development Apprentice

Tasks extend to participating in code reviews, learning about responsive design principles, and contributing to database management. This role is designed to offer a thorough understanding of web development processes, collaborative coding practices, and the importance of user-centered design.
